Pubic Hair on a Period. TMI... maybe??

Ok so I want to grow out my pubic hair so that it's really long. I'm not too sure why, i guess it's because I've never grown it out before. Anyway, my boyfriend thinks it would be cute or whatever, the only thing I'm worried about is how to deal with it on my period. Is it harder to clean down there? Idk I need some advice on this.

Shower every day and you're good. Just don't let the blood dry and stick your pad to your pubes if you use pads 😬 that's the worst

Nope, it isn't. Maybe just shower more often? But it doesn't really make it worse. Plus, if it does, just wipe down there with a wet rag a few times a day and it'll be fine.

this might sound gross but i really don’t go near my vagina too much on my period . when i get in the shower i just let the water rinse everything out . but cleaning myself when i’m not on my period is hard . i feel like the hair down there traps in our “natural” scent , so i feel like i get kinda musty down there quicker than when i have no hair . and i also don’t like the weird feeling of discharge and pubic hair in my undies .

wash it a lot!! and I don't use pads because it sits in your hair and your hair will absorb it and it smells. I keep mine trimmed but not shaved
