How do you feel about adpoting ?

I have seen some people openly adopt and some others who feel like Adopting is not a good choice for them, they could not or would not raise a child that is not biologically theirs. I think adopting is great, and if you're a Christian you were adopted in.

I think how a couple want to get a child is up to them, not their religion.

It's not about religion, it's about choice.
My husband doesn't want to adopt. My father doesn't want me to adopt. I personally don't feel 100% inclined to adopt.
It would be unfair to the child when both adoptee parents are not 100% willing to care for that child.
I commend people for opt to adopt as it is a very selfless act.
I do not appreciate people who shove their religious inclination to other people. There are many people in the world who are not religious but are wonderful and humane and there are also people who are religious but the most inhumane and hypocritical.

If you are pro life, it shouldn't matter how that life came to be. The importance would be to care for a life that needed care.

my mom was adopted and SO's dad was adopted. I will most likely foster children once my bio kids are old enough to be included in that decision.

my dad was adopted with out it I woudlnt be here so I am all for it. I hope to adopt one day

If I couldn’t have kids I would adopt. However, my DH was vocal about wanting a child that was biologically his. I told him if I came to that we might have to get divorced since I wanted kids whether biological or not.
