Workouts while nursing?

I had my daughter 3 months ago and I'm breastfeeding her. Has anyone successfully lost weight while nursing? If so, any tips?

I never tried to while I was breastfeeding because I was always so worn out, but you can easily start off with light exercises. Try walking, speed walking, mild jogging, other forms of aerobics and include weights in there to help build muscle. Don't go full force as your body has to re-introduce itself but once you get comfortable it'll become more easier and within 2-3 mths maybe less time, you'll have a routine. I am 3 monyhs postpartum as well and I haven't really had an appetite but I have been walking and doing yoga. Go on Pinterest for some Postpartum workouts,  there are so many to do.  Good Luck and congrats!

Following because I've been breastfeeding for 10 almost 11 months and only lost 2 pounds since I lost the 25 in the hospital... I count calories and workout 3-4 times a week.
