Sooo I was on Nexplanon for 10 months, 10 months of none menstrual bliss.

I had it removed July 5. Yesterday, September 24 was the first cycle I had in over a year and it came back with a vengeance.

Since yesterday I've used 12 of the Always overnight pads (the extra long ones in the purple packaging) I've had to wear 2 at a time. TMI BUT the blood clots from yesterday and today probably measured out to almost a cup. Tonight, I have 2 overnight pads and 1 super tampon.

Has anyone experienced this before? I've kept a handle on the cramps but I am filling up napkins.
