Late period with traveling?

Question

Hi everyone I usually have between a 26/28 day cycle never ever been any longer than 28 days and I am currently on cycle day 31 with no sign of AF. I got my hopes built up and just test with FRER and BFN :( 
I was wondering if the fact that I have a 12 hour flight few weeks ago when I was ovulating would have knocked my cycle out of whack?

Hi unfortunately I never got my BFP and still haven't :( my gynea thinks it was the long flight. Hopefully you have better luck x

Hey did you ever get you period? Or BFP? I have the same cycle length as you & I’m now 3 days late. However, i have sore boobs and frequent urination but I’ve gotten 2 bfn. I flew from NY to Cali... do you think that’s why?
