Hello, so basically I have pcos and the doctor says I might ovulate once a year on average due to having this. Glow predicts that I ovulate today and I am in a lot of pain in my left hand side (between my hips) its like a stabbing pain and gets me when i stand up. Could this be it?

i have pcos and I ovulate like....a week later than I should supposedly. but I still ovulate. it sounds like you most likely are ovulating or close to it. BD and see what happens!
