So I've had irregular periods all my life but it's never really concerned me until only recently:..

I got an ultra sound a couple weeks back and it came back as I have PCOS. And then a few days later I had blood tests and then got told I also have endometriosis. And I feel lost, a family is all I want. I've been so depressed lately. I've been referred to a gynaecologist. Now I next worst nightmare is to be told that my tubes are blocked, I really hope that's not the case😭😭 has anyone else had a similar experience? And been able to conceive? I'm still very young so I guess I have time but I just want it to bad before it gets any worse😭😭 anyone have any advise for me?
