How do I unfollow posts?

Question

I've commented on a couple posts, and now I KEEP getting notifications when someone replies. Not even necessarily to my comment, just to the post in general. I've tried "hiding" the posts/comments, but that doesn't seem to stop it. Help? Honestly, I wish there was a way to turn off the community in general. No offense to anyone here, but it's just cluttered and annoying. I just want the Glow tracking app, not a million message boards.

do you mean they keep Coming up on your notification bar on your actual phone or do you mean when you actually open the app you get Notifications

Same is happening to me! I commented a lot on posts and can't seem to delete all my comments so I still get tons of notifications I keep having to hide. Even after I hide them when I get back in the app they are back again and I have to hide them all over again. Its so annoying!

You can delete your comment, and there are tons of other period/fertility tracking apps minus a community
