I'm new to all this, but my husband I have been trying to conceive for over a year now with no luck. I need to figure out what would be the best way to just start over? My last ob was a nightmare and he put me on clomid and it did nothing. What's worse is my periods are never regular and I was just informed the PCOS runs in my family and that may be a big factor as well. I'm just to the point of giving up honestly...
