Pms, pregnant, or stress 😩

So me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex about a week before my period was due. Now I am a week late, I've had cramping, extremely sore breasts, back aches, acne is insane, I've wanted to just sleep a lot, and I'm eating so much more and peeing in the middle of the night. I took a hpt yesterday at the doctors office (urine test), and it was negative. But now I'm being told that it was probably too early to tell if there is any hCG in my body. I did check my cervix today in the shower and it seemed kind of low. But I'm still concerned. Any ideas?
