Sciatic Nerve Pain

I've had excruciating Sciatic pain for 14 hours now and I've tried EVERYTHING to ease the pain. Tylenol, Biofreeze, heating pad, ice pack, stretches, you name it. Nothing is helping and I can't even walk without crying in agony. Im currently 27 weeks pregnant. Anything that you guys tried that helped? I'm so over this, I can hardly lay down or get comfortable!!
