9 month old sleep
My 9 month old only takes one nap a day if that, and it only ranges from 20-45mins. For the whole day. He’s never had more than one nap for most of his life either. He doesn’t act too tired throughout the day until it’s time for bed. Is this normal? I never see anyone else’s baby get this little napping time. He also does 12-13hrs at night.
