I'm new advice please

I had 10 rounds of clomid, a laparoscopy, and I've taken 2 femara pills so far. I keep getting a sharp pain in my gut (lower left side). It's not a severe pain but it's shocking because it comes on so quickly. It feels like a needle stab inside me. Is this normal? It's been happening for 2 days now. How long should I wait before I call my doctor?
