Sex after finishing the pill

Hey girls I was hoping someone could help me out !?!

I took my last pill Saturday morning so it has been 2 days since I’ve been off of the pill, me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex yesterday and he came inside me, and today I’m having some bleeding what is the cause for the bleeding ? And could I end up pregnant?
