So after being in the ER all day I called my Ob/gyn. I told her that I have regular 28 day cycles but have been getting late positive OPK on cd 18. Long story short, she thinks I may not be ovulating due to low progesterone. She said we will talk more about it at my appointment tomorrow and to come in seven days after my +OPK or on cd 21 if I don’t get a positive at all.

What do you take to help you ovulate and why?

I don’t know much about these medications.
