Yes it's early but im afraid...

I'm 5 weeks pregnant and this is my second child, and I've been feeling so much cramping and back ache and im like wtf. so i went to the hospital and they said im in risk of a miscarriage... i have a UTI and kidney infection...im scared and i hope things go well but ive been feeling so strange...
