hard work and lots of exercise for toning your tummy and a good healthy eating not a diet as it never lasts but change the way you eat so you are eating healthy.

it depends on the person/lifestyle. mine is completely flat and i'm 7 months pp

I was able to get back to better than my pre baby weight and still had a little over hang. Nothing you could notice when I was clothed, just when I was naked/in underwear. I think it just depends on how you heal and where you carry extra weight.

I'm 13 wks pp and I have overhang, my stomach stretched so much and my muscles are ruined too. Also looking for advice, think I'll have to start with diet and exercise though. With my first c section it wasn't as bad as it is now.
