Could this be true???

Y'all, my period was 2 days late. I had gas, slight nausea, no cramps and just kind of felt different. I decided to get a pregnancy test and it came back positive!! My husband said we needed more, so we went and got two more and they are all 3 positive!!! Can this be true??? I plan to go to the doctor this week!
