Should i retake plan b?

Took a plan b about an hour after unprotected. Three hours later i had a little too much to drink and threw up. Should i retake it?

It starts to dissolve within 15-30 mins and is absorbed within an hour or two.

I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to drink with that but vomiting is a normal side effect so I'm sure a lot of people throw it up, as long as you didn't throw up the actual pill you should be ok. Next time be more responsible though
