I have this weird thing under boobs but I don't know what it is!

I noticed that was weird red marks under my boob, but I thought it was because my bra or sports bra was too tight. I didn't think much of it. Then later this summer the red marks turned brown. Have any of you guys had this?!? If so do you know what it is and what causes this?
