Carpet cleaning

I have a light yellow carpet through out my whole house and every mark of dirt shows up. It hasn't got specific stains but has a lot of dirt in the carpet in heavy traffic areas, I am getting a professional carpet cleaning company in but am wondering in you guys experience, what is the likelihood of it coming up clean? Thanks guys :)
