please help
I went thru caesarian 5months ago, And I've been trying to lose weight while breastfeeding. a week ago I started feeling some pain and tenderness in abodmine area and I also feel some pulling pain along the stitch area. am scared but I want to lose weight also. I just hope am safe. what's happening to me?
