So since coming off depo shot I've had irregular cycles and stupidly long cycles lasting 42/56 days. I've taken one months worth of angus castus and my periods are now back to shorter healthier cycles at 31 days. And lasting 7 days at a time. I'm really pleased with the results. I'd highly recommend them
