SUPER SORE BOOBS

Okay so I’m 17 and I’m ending the second month of my birth control pills. The doctor said major side effects should go away after the third month. This didn’t happen the first one though. So my boobs are sore all the time, but it isn’t really bad. But whenever I go to sleep at night, or take a nap, when I wake up, it is the WORST PAIN EVER. Like they hurt SO bad and it goes away a few minutes later. Is this normal??
