How to get rid of period cramps during school?

I left my id at home so I can't get ibuprofen from the nurse. My cramps feel so terrible and I don't know how to get rid of them. I am in study hall right now. I can't call home because no one is home. Any tips?

i know tou dont feel like it but trust me it helps. If you can excuse yourself go somewhere and do some jumping jacks and stretches. It will help your body to relax and ease the cramps a little bit. Also make sure you check your pad or tampon often because Every time I get serious cramps   my flow starts to pick up.

for future reference: get thermocare hot back patches and just stick it on your lower stomach. worked wonders for me while i was in school. and i got reeaally bad cramps
