Bump on scalp ?

Question

Does anyone know what it could be I have this bump on my head that I feel like I can pick on it it's red and last time when I didn't know what it was and I picked on it I got a little blood on my nail ? 
I tried to get a picture of it but it's so hard

Can't see much of anything from the pics. How long have you had it? It's possible it's a mole or cyst. Also possible for it to be an ingrown hair. I wouldn't pick at it at all and consult your dr or see a dermatologist maybe?

Have a family member or a friend whatever look at it and see if they can work out what it is, even get them to take a picture for you, if it's causing pain and discomfort then it's worth getting it checked out

Could be a pimple or some type of cyst
