I got this a while ago but I’m on birth control so I don’t ovulate and I don’t think I’m pregnant so idk what else it could be

I'm having that right now but on my right side. I'm not pregnant and I should have already ovulated this month, so I'm not sure what's going on.
Could you be constipated? Your colon is on your left side, so if you're feeling fullness and pain there you might just need to poop. 
I'm starting to worry about my appendix 😩
