Advice please

So Iv been feeling nauseous for the last 4 days, we are ttc our first. Iv been bleeding spotting for 60 days straight, had tablets off doctor for bacteria vaginosis. Spotting has actually stopped now (touch wood). It’s been mostly brown spotting/ bleeding. Iv also got a full feeling/pain in my uterus area..?

Anyone had this before??
