Migraines

So I've been fighting migraines forever finally got a diagnosed . They originally put me on rizitriptan but my Primary doctor told me to sto since I'm TTC. I'm also on amitriptyline ( she says I'm fine to take it while TTC since it's such a low dose ) and then prescribed me promethazine . Neither of these drugs are helping . I'm convinced my migraines are related to my menstrual cycle . As I was three weeks late this month thought I was pregnant and had not had a headache in 27 days than bam I get my period and full on migraine headache that has lasted three days . I'm at my wits end with feeling like this and taking meds that don't even seem to be working .

Anyone else on these meds and not are not working ?
