Just curious. For the last two days my son has refused a nap. He's tired but he won't nap for nothing. Both times he has fought me for an hour each time. My son will be 10 months in a few days. Anyone else had to switch things up a bit?!

My daughter usually sleeps in pretty late so she only gets one nap around 1pm and then go to bed around 8pm.

Two naps a day. One usually around 10am and one usually around 230-3pm. Both 1.5-2 hours long with a wake up around 7 and bed time around 7. This is the schedule they've put themselves on. I just watch for tired signs.

we made our baby start taking one nap really early on so that her and her brother would be in the same schedule
