Politics in Sport

So this weekend is big for Australian sports, because there's both the AFL & NRL Grand Finals.

Macklemore is expected to perform at the NRL, but former prime minister, Tony Abbott & the Coalition for Marriage (the party against same sex marriage) are trying to ban him from singing "Same Love".

The NRL is standing firm on their decision to have him perform, and Macklemore himself has even responded saying he's going to "go harder".
