What are some symptoms your baby experienced while teething???

My son has a couple teeth coming through at the top and he's been SO FUSSY the last 2 days..

I just want to make sure it's normal teething fussy and not something else??

He cries and whines randomly.. wants to be held by me all the time.. doesn't really want to eat unless it's puréed or those little grab and go pouches.. and has been sleeping terribly these past couple of days.. idk what to do.. TIA
