boy advice?(long post sorry)

So I started talking to a guy a few months ago. We talked over Snapchat for a while and then we hung out. The first night we hung out we went to a bar then back to his place. All that happened was we made out and then talked for a while. The next week we slept together and everything was good. We continued like this for a few months where we'd be good then stop talking for a few days and then it'd be like we didn't stop talking bc we'd pick up where we left off I ended up getting feelings for him and told him on accident during sex(after too much to drink). Then we just stopped talking for like 2 months.  Well a few days ago I posted that my divorce was finalized on Snapchat and he started to message me but stopped so I messaged him about an hour later. He opened it the next day and didn't answer until after work. Long story short I ended up going to his place that Saturday to hang out. He was talking about a concert and he sounded like he was trying to invite me but wasn't sure and I'm too shy to ask if that was his meaning. He said he was moving about 45 minutes away from me and that we should hang out during the week. Anyway I ended up giving him a bj bc I was on my period and when I left he said something about hanging out next time. That was 5 days ago and he opened my message from Monday and never answered. I really like this guy and I feel like he doesn't care about me or he's too shy to say it. I don't know what to do anymore but I feel so lost. Does anyone have any advice?
