Early Miscarriage and now the Fever is Burning Hot...
I had a very early miscarriage and now I cannot get babies off my mind. My SO and I decided we would start preparing...which means I am going to work on getting my body ready. what do you all recommend for specific routines? I have prenatals and going to get an exercise and eating routine in place. But more specifically, what do you all do for exercises and other prep??
