Please help lady's !!

I'm 31 weeks tomorrow and have been feeling tender down below for sometime now but today I've came home from work more tender than usual. So I had a look at my vagina and it's quite swollen and veigny both inside and out 🤢 I'm pretty sure it must be a normal thing ... is it ?
