miscarriage after miscarriage

hi so on sep18th i found out i was pregnant. i had a miscarriage on july and rigjt now im going thru another miscarriage its been the hardest i had horrible pain yesterday lower abdominal and lower back pain it felt like labor pains. im only bleeding like a period but havent passed any clots or tissue is that normal. with my previous miscarriage i didnt had any cramping and passed lots of clots ones i started bleeding.

how long should i wait to get pregnant again im planning to wait maybe till january
