I MISS WORKING OUT
Hey girls! Tomorrow exactly will be one week since my implant birth control was inserted. I didnt want to stress my right arm with lifting or boxing because I was told not to lift heavy things for a couple days. Instead, I’ve just been running and mainly doing cardio along with lower body exercise. I wanted to know when will it be okay to go back to my regular routine in boxing and all body workouts? I hope to hear from you girls soon because I miss working out & I feel so blah! :(
