Can’t sleep
I’m 24 weeks and 4 days along I’ve always had problems sleeping even as a kid. I was taking melatonin to help me go to sleep but doctor said I can’t have that they put me on Unisom and that’s not working. I haven’t gotten a good night of sleep in over 2 months and I’m at my breaking point of having a complete meltdown. Is there anyone else having this problem what you guys doing to help sleep at night.
