advice on picking back up?

I am 6ft tall. My highest weight bounced between 225-230. I got into a groove of diet journaling and working out, and I was able to get down to 203 last fall. Then, I started to slowly decline and now Im back to 218 a year later.. I'm so disapointed in myself. I wanted so badly to at least get back under 200 and eventually, wanted to get back to 180, where I felt best. I really want to get back into that headspace that allowed me to do so well; but I am not sure how. I have since graduated college and started working full time ~6 days a week. I just have no motivation anymore. I have a lot of anxiety and it makes it hard to pick myself up somedays.. :( any advice/inspo appreciated?
