Has any one else had this?

I am 13 weeks and for almost the entire time I've been pregnant my left hip hurts like crazy. It hurts to walk, sit, even lay in certain positions. My doctor only told me to lay on my right side but otherwise isn't concerned and I've started going to a chiropractor and she hasn't done anything to change it. But I'm miserable, I don't want to move or do anything because it hurts so bad. What is this? Has anyone had this before?

Me. My left hip also hurts. I go to the chiro every 2 weeks and I also go for prenatal massage every 2-3 weeks. The convo of both really help! They also gave me some exercises and stretches to do in between visits.

Have you tried sleeping with a small pillow in between your knees? Or a body pillow. I found a little pillow between my knees helped my back and hips immensely when I was pregnant.
