***Sorry for the length***

I’m 19 weeks pregnant as of today. I’ve been having really bad diaphragm pains for three days now. It’s at my upper abdomen on the soft spot below my rib cage.

It makes it hard for me to breathe properly and the pains are very discomforting. Nothing helps. I change positions of how I’m laying, I sit up, I walk. It doesn’t go away. Even took Tylenol, tums, tried warn baths and still nothing.

Yesterday I was telling my mom about the pains and suddenly felt as if I was about to faint. My vision started getting black dots and I felt super dizzy and like my legs were gonna give out. I sat down on the bathroom floor and was calling my boyfriend because by then, my mom was very concerned and wanting to take me to the hospital. She went to inform my step dad before coming back and while talking to me, my hearing went away a bit and she sounded very far even though she was right beside me. Once the feeling passed, I felt shaky in my legs and hands. Felt like I was about to vomit as well. We went to the ER where they just said it sounded like an anxiety attack and we went home. Now here I am again in bed, same pains but thankfully none of the other symptoms.

I was just wondering has anyone else experienced this because I’m truly miserable when it happens. If so, what helped? Thank you. x
