So I fell pregnant in June, and during routine tests I found out that I didn't have rubella immunity. Sadly I miscarried at the end of August and then decided that have the rubella shot right away to protect me in future (I live in South Africa and it's not an uncommon illness here). My doctor told me to wait 3 months before ttc as it's an 'active vaccine', but advice I have seen online only says you need to wait for 1 month and the 3 month wait is only what they used to advise. I am desperate to try again asap now that 1 month is up , what advice have you ladies been given who have gone through the same? Thank you!
