Should I tell my potential employer I'm pregnant?

So I am almost 33 weeks pregnant and was just advised this week that I am apart of a layoff. My due date is November 19th layoff date January 2nd. I have an interview within the company soon. Completely different department. I work at home and the position is work at home too. All interviews would be done via phone. Should I tell them I'm pregnant or wait until I get an offer? Just not sure what to do.

Honestly, I would tell them at 33 weeks. As someone who does hiring, I always find that type of thing as a really poor way to start a professional relationship. I guess it depends if you see yourself at this company for the long haul.  If you are planning to return to work, wouldn't you need to submit any FMLA paperwork within the next couple weeks.

They can't not hire you because of that, but it may make them look for other reasons to not hire you as their excuse when that's really it. So I would wait until you have the offer.

I would, you're pretty far along and will need to take leave very soon. It's not fair to them to hire you and have you take leave a few days later. And if you live in an at will state, they can fire you.

Question have you already told the company you are pregnant? Also with it being that close to your due date you can't really not tell them. I suggest being honest. If they don't hire you there you do qualify for unemployment due to it being a lay off. They have to pay into unemployment for laying anyone off. You would also qualify for Medicaid due to a change in life. So you will still be covered if you don't get this position. Good luck though.
