Bleeding with progesterone suppositories

Hello ladies this is the first time iv ever posted anything. So I'm about 3 weeks pregnant and was put on progesterone suppositories iv been on them before with my last pregnancy but I ended up having a D&C; last November. Iv been on them for almost two weeks now and this past week iv been spotting. Sometimes it's pink and extremely light sometimes it's brown and sometimes it's red. Iv already called the doctor he said this was very normal and I need to relax. Iv noticed that it's a little more then it was at the beginning of the week so I called again bc I just can't help but be nervous about it and of course he's in surgery all day so I won't hear back from them until the end of the day. So I guess I'm just looking for some feed back if anyone else has experienced this. Thank you!
