crushed and confused..

well ladies, im 11dpo got my blood test back yesterday and it is negative... im so upset and confused.. why have i been feeling all of these strange things, had what seemed to be ib.. spotting again today... why can't my body just do what its supposed to do.. hopefully ttc again this cycle..
