Does anyone else experience anxiety during period??

I was fine last week, and this week I had a lot of work to do, and I was anxious-free. Now it is Friday, I am supposed to be geeked for the week and I could barely sleep, I was having all type of anxiety for no reason.

Yep. I've been crying all week. Yesterday I cried because none of the other managers in the training invited me for lunch. Sunday I cried because no one at small group was talking to me.
In my defense, making friends in a new state is really difficult and nerve wracking. Also, not a huge fan of crowds.

Big time. My meds keep me pretty chill most of the time, so as soon as I start crying, I know I need to grab a pad and find a bathroom 😂
