I may have gone a bit far- but it worked!

I spent 6 cycles trying to conceive by using OPKS, having sex every other day and taking prenatal vitamins. Unfortunately I reached my last month of being able to ttc because of moving over seas next year. I did NOT want to stop ttc so I decided to go all out this month. I also found out when speaking with my hematologist (I have a blood condition) that it was very possible the lining of my uterus was thin and that lots of women have trouble if the lining isn't thick enough that month. So I took to the internet and did all of the things listed below and found out I was successful at 9dpo!!!

- I took my folic acid supplement PLUS a prenatal with folic acid, First Response Reproductive Health gummy, and Premama fertility with myo-Inositol (that stuff is amazing and I highly suggest it)

- I did fertility yoga at home for the first time to help with blood flow to the uterus and it made me feel great!

- I went for a walk every evening for exercise, energy, and just my mental health to relax

- I kept my feet warm by wearing slippers around the house 😂 I read it was a tip for the uterus! Haha

- I drank a cup of tea every day, as it was suggested that warm soup and tea was good for building a lining

- I put my legs up in the air for at least 15 minutes after sex (even though it's a supposed theory, I find less comes out after sex which means more to work with!)

- I used pressed when it was needed!

Yeah, maybe I'm a bit silly. Maybe some of those things are ridiculous, but I was determined to try EVERYTHING this month and it worked! I found out on September 24th at 9dpo and am now officially late with two blazing pink lines! Ladies, if you've been trying for a while I do highly suggest mama fertility and do suggest yoga or something to help with the lining. Baby dust to you all! I'm praying this baby sticks and this is my time!
