When do you stop temping?

How long after BFP do you stop temping? I'm only 4 weeks with my first baby and super nervous!

Most people suggest stopping immediately. I decided to keep temping because I already did anyway even before we started TTC.

I stopped when I was told I was pregnant. It only creates stress for me.

I temped through tri 1. Everyone says it's stressful, but for me it was not. What's so stressful about taking your temp? I continued as it can indicate a possible miscarriage so I just wanted to know. I think I was 12+2 on last day temped.

I stopped as soon as I got my bfp :)
