Coughing baby. 😑

My babe will be 10 months in a week or two, today he started coughing, the way he coughs when he’s choking on something. I can’t really describe it as wet or dry. He had a low fever (high of 99.3) today and yesterday, but the cough is getting worse this evening.

He hasn’t been sick in a few months, does anyone have any good cough remedies? We tried the zarabee cough medicine (mostly agave syrup) when he was much younger and he threw it up instantly every time I gave it to him 🙄
