when do you stop drinking alcohol and caffeine?

do you guys stop drinking alcohol and caffeine the second you start TTC? Or do you wait for the positive test to stop?

I limit my caffeine to one 12oz cup a day and do not drink at all until AF shows up...so for 5 days I'll drink but as soon as we TTC again, I stop drinking

Alcohol when I got a positive test. I never gave up caffeine. I don't function without coffee

I have limited my drinking but still have a beer or wine every now and then. I will stop when I see a BFP

I know people who drank both their whole pregnancy i did but i limited myself to 3 mountains in a can a week.
